What materials do you use, and how durable are your 3D prints?
All our items are 3D-printed using premium PLA (Polylactic Acid) — a sturdy, eco-friendly, and recyclable bioplastic. Our products are designed for everyday use and display. Please keep in mind that PLA can soften under extreme heat (such as direct sunlight inside a hot car), so avoid prolonged exposure to temperatures above 55°C.
Why are there subtle textured lines on the surface?
Our items are crafted using additive FDM 3D printing technology, building each model layer by layer. Very fine layer lines are a natural and authentic characteristic of this process, giving each piece a distinctive, handcrafted finish.
How long does dispatch and delivery take within the UK?
Every item is made to order in our UK studio to ensure high quality and attention to detail. Production typically takes 1–3 working days. Once crafted, your order is securely packed and dispatched via Royal Mail.
Can I request a custom colour or size?
Yes! We offer a wide range of colours and finishes, including Matte, Silk, and multi-colour options. If you need a specific colour not currently listed or would like an item scaled to custom dimensions, feel free to get in touch via our Contact page.
Are your products suitable for young children?
While our PLA material is non-toxic, 3D-printed items are intended for display, organisation, and gentle handling. They are not recommended for children under 3 years old, as smaller parts could become a choking hazard if handled roughly.
